Senga has 40 CNC machines ranging from simple 3-axis lathes and mills to 9-axis multi-task machines that combine 4-axis turning with full 5-axis milling to machine complex shapes in a single setup.

Performed mechanical design, supply chain mangement, and project management for Racepak's new IQ3 dash display and data acquisition system. The complex and compact product included injection molded housing and gaskets, custom polarized LCD screen, and 4 innovatively nested PCB's.

Performed mechanical design, supply chain mangement, and project management for Racepak's new PROIII data acquisition system. The crash-proof compact product included an extruded housing, machined end plates, die cut gaskets, and 4 PCB's. The challenge was to release 8 different versions in a modular fashion with minimal components.

Directed the release of a new cloud-capable data logger in 90 days by using rapid tooling and outsourcing design work to compress the schedule.

Within 9 months - Hired a team of engineers and led the design, testing, tooling, and launch of the patented LFS sprinkler.

Consolidated 6 different existing products into one while maintaining cost objectives, critical functions, and regulatory compliance in two countries. The patented design included a die cast body, injection molded lid, copper tubular heating element, and SJOW wire harness with santoprene strain relief.
